At Decoy Central, we live for the dawn flights, the sound of wings overhead, and the traditions that make waterfowl hunting not just a season—but a way of life. Our Pro Staff Program is built for passionate, likeminded hunters who share that same dedication and want to help us grow the Decoy Central community.

Who We Want

We’re seeking waterfowl hunters who are:

  • Passionate about waterfowl hunting and the outdoor lifestyle.
  • Active on social media with engaged hunting/outdoor audiences.
  • Skilled in creating quality hunting content (photos, reels, hunting stories).
  • Involved in their local hunting communities, clubs, or conservation groups.
  • Professional, approachable, and aligned with Decoy Central’s mission to supply the best gear for the hunt.

Pro Staff Member Expectations

As a Decoy Central Pro Staff member, you agree to:

  1. Represent the Brand – Promote Decoy Central in a positive, professional manner both in the field and online.
  2. Social Media Engagement – Post a minimum of 2 posts, reels, or stories per month featuring our products, tagging @decoycentral and using approved hashtags across all social media platforms.
  3. Content Creation – Provide high-quality hunting photos, short videos, or testimonials we can feature on our channels.
  4. Community Presence – Wear/represent Decoy Central at hunts, events, and gatherings.
  5. Product Feedback – Share honest reviews and insights to help us improve and expand our offerings.

Code of Conduct

As a member of the Decoy Central Pro Staff, you represent not just our brand, but the entire hunting community. We expect professionalism, integrity, and respect in every
interaction—online, in the blind, and at events. Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the program.
